In 1996 Kelly moved on and groomed in other major cities such as Boca Raton, Florida and Ft. Meyers, Florida. There she was a part of Petsmart Corporation managing grooming departments, training new employees in their apprentice programs and even opened Petsmarts new store location in Ft. Meyers. She was responsible for all grooming hiring, training, managing and payroll of her department. In 2001, once again moved back to her home in the Great North West
of Oregon and opened Top Dog Grooming in Hood River, Oregon. She
started her business by small ads in the paper, standing at store
parking lots introducing herself and handing out fliers for grooming.  Her business grew full and busy within 6 months. We credit that to our integrity and devotion to the pets and quality of the grooming offered to customers. In 2003 Kelly's daughter came on board and worked under apprenticeship for three years. In 2006 Kelly closed the Hood River Location and moved it to The Dalles where Heidi Fisher her daughter is owner and groomer there. At that same time Top Dog took to the road in a mobile Grooming Salon servicing Hood River Clients. In 2007 Top Dog moved her business to Lake Oswego, where we plan to stay for a while. Kelly found the need and demand high here, with most groomers booked out for months! Her Hood River Clients are sad of her leaving. Some have even followed her because her grooming passion and love for the dogs has presented itself worthy of a trip to the city. Our motto is Top Dog Mobile Grooming "Where every dog is a Top Dog"!!! Kelly Carroll and Top Dog Mobile Grooming are located in beautiful Lake Oswego, Oregon and is a member
